We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted.

Once an order has shipped, Still & Worn is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

Engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged.

7. Engraving

Select pieces offer complimentary one-character engraving.

By submitting engraving text, you confirm the accuracy of the character provided.

Engraved items are considered custom and are final sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

Still & Worn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
