How long does my order take to ship?

Orders ship within 2–3 business days.
Tracking information is sent once your order leaves our studio.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Orders under $75 ship at the rate calculated at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be available in the future.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless engraved.
Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
To begin a return, email hello@stillandworn.com with your order number and reason for return.

Are engraved pieces returnable?

No. Due to the custom nature of engraving, those pieces are final sale.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
